As stated in this Refund Policy, all successful payments made through SSLCommerz for course registrations, tuition fees, educational services, and learning materials are final and non-refundable.

- Training programs
- Educational materials
- Workshops and seminars
- Book
are final and non-refundable.
Once payment has been completed and access to course materials, classes, or educational services has been provided, no refunds, cancellations, or partial reimbursements will be issued.
Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional situations, Lisbon Institute of Languages may review requests at its sole discretion; however, approval is not guaranteed.
